"Everything was good, until the company decided to not renew my policy due to 2 “accidents” in two years time. I have been with State Farm for nearly 20 years and have only had 3 accidents in that time, but have now been deemed unfit to keep as a customer. Despicable."

"they don't answer the phone i was told to call the agent to discuss a current policy issue. i called 10 random times over 2 days. just a dumb way to run a business they truly deserve "0" stars"

"Thank you for the message! As we discussed yesterday, with the nature of our business we cannot predict the frequency or duration of calls and assistance that our clients need. We give the clients we are on the phone with or meeting with our undivided attention, so we will not answer calls when we are with a client. We do return any voicemails in the order that we receive them. Leaving a voicemail gets an extremely prompt response time and undivided attention during that call. I thoroughly wish you would have left a voicemail with your first call because it would have saved you a lot of frustration and given you an almost immediate response. Also, as I mentioned, we do work by appointment, as well, to be certain that we are available when you need."
